This page describes the starter website features. The site operator should update it when adding analytics, payment providers, newsletter services, or other integrations.
Local tools
The scorecard, response builder, calculators, software finder, and training simulator process inputs in your browser. They do not submit those inputs to our server. Avoid entering sensitive information on a shared device. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them.
Inquiries
The contact form stores your name, email, selected service, message, submission date, and consent record in the WordPress database. It also attempts to email the inquiry to the site administrator or configured recipient. Authorized administrators can view, export, or delete records. Form submission is consent to a reply, not enrollment in a newsletter.
A short-lived, hashed network address is used to limit repeated submissions for ten minutes. It is not stored with your inquiry. The hosting provider may separately keep server logs.
Third-party content
The YouTube player loads only after you choose to load it. YouTube may then process information under its policies. Clicking external resources takes you to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Optional payment and newsletter links also lead to their respective providers.
Retention and requests
The starter plugin does not automatically delete inquiries. The operator should set a retention period appropriate to the business and remove records no longer needed. To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, contact the site through the contact page. WordPress and hosting infrastructure may use necessary cookies for authenticated sessions and security.
